We only work with senior advisors who have extensive experience in the UK smaller company mergers and acquisitions market. An experienced advisor will manage the sale of your business and will be your day-to-day contact. They will work with you throughout the process, at no point will you be handed over to more junior members of the team.

 

Negotiation Only Service

Our “Negotiation Only” service is for companies who have already been approached by a purchaser or who are considering an MBO.  Alaris will be able to guide you through the sale process to help ensure that, in the absence of other interested parties, you achieve a sale price and related transaction terms in line with market rates.

Identifying and accessing purchasers

One of our greatest assets is our powerful database of purchasers. All our clients benefit from the depth of information we hold on acquisitive companies, financial purchasers, professional advisors and other intermediaries. Many of these contacts are known to us and we remain in regular contact. As our focus is company sales, purchasers are often keen to talk to us in the knowledge that we are acting exclusively for quality companies that are likely to be relevant to their business.

Our in-house research department allows us to think outside the box and identify less than obvious potential purchasers further enhancing sale opportunities.

 

International Reach

Opportunities and competition between interested parties can be enhanced by also considering an international sale.
