Our team has collectively spent many years in the UK smaller company
mergers and acquisitions market and has a strong track record of
successful transactions. We have developed extensive contacts and
marketing channels with professional advisors, other intermediaries
and financial institutions. This has enabled us to develop a database
of acquisitive companies and financial purchasers, for the benefit
of our clients.
In addition, as our focus is on company sales,
purchasers are often keen to speak with us. Purchasers are aware
that Alaris only ever acts for clients on an exclusive basis, after
the payment of a retainer or “commitment” fee. As a
result they are often prepared to devote time and resources quickly
to deals that we bring to their attention.
International Reach
Opportunities are often maximized by considering an international
sale. We enjoy contacts with similar specialist advisory firms in
key overseas markets such as the EU and USA and selected ROW countries
that provide mergers and acquisitions services within their own
local markets. These firms are able to provide sector expertise
and local knowledge and can assist in identifying and sourcing likely
purchasers.
Any involvement of overseas firms in a sale process is agreed with
a client in advance and Alaris manages all contact with these firms,
providing consolidated marketing reports to clients. In addition,
there is no additional cost to a client as a result of the involvement
of overseas firms in the process.
